I had planned on keeping the Bolt +, but my son wanted drums and a friend of mine had a drum set and a daughter who didn't like drums anymore but wanted to learn guitar. I needed the money and I got what I paid for it. I sold the DC127, which I bought used, to a kid I was teaching guitar to. Since I had the Parker before either guitar, the lack of stainless frets on the Carvins was a personal distraction. Both were excellent build quality, but at the time they didn't offer stainless steel frets, which they do now. I had a DC127 and a Bolt + (rear routed double HB bolt neck guitar). Both were good guitars, but couldn't compete with my Parker Fly Deluxe.
